Need help with Margin? Email us at support@mrgn.co.za and we will help with account access, subscriptions, study content, bugs, privacy requests, or anything else related to the app.

Please include your account email or phone number, your device model, and a short description of what happened. For bugs, screenshots are helpful when they do not include private schoolwork or personal information.

Common support topics

• Account access: Tell us which sign-in method you used and whether your phone number or email changed.
• Subscriptions: Margin subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can manage or cancel them in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
• Account deletion: You can delete your account in the app from Account > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email support and we will help.
• Privacy requests: Access, correction, deletion, consent and POPIA-related requests can be sent to the same support address.
• Study results: Automated explanations can be wrong or incomplete. Please include the subject, prompt and relevant context when reporting an issue.
